Orders

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: As we aim to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will be denied. Once your order is received, it can still be returned for a full refund.

Q: What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?

A: Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@luxibag.com so we can assist you.

Shipping

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: - Within the Netherlands & Belgium: €7
- Within the EU: €9.95
- Rest of the World: €29.95

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: - Netherlands: 1–3 working days
- EU: 3–7 working days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 working days

Q: When will my order be processed?

A: Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with shipping taking place the following business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

Q: What happens if I am not home during delivery?

A: If you’re not home, the courier may try delivering to your neighbors. If that’s not possible, they will leave a message with instructions on how to schedule another delivery or collect your package from a collection point.

Q: What if I don’t receive my order?

A: If you don’t receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@luxibag.com.

Q: Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

A: Prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Euros. Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Luxibag. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns & Refunds

Q: How do I return an item?

Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

A: Contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the item(s), and relevant details. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
