1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic Shipping (within Netherlands): 1–3 business days. - International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
- Within EU from 3–7 working days.
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, peak seasons).
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
LuxiBag is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we cannot deliver to your region, we will notify you immediately.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
